Blue Ribbon Highway Commission Formed

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin has formed a special study group that is examining the condition and needs of the state’s transportation system and will be developing a long-term strategic plan of action. The Blue Ribbon Highway Commission is tasked with preparing and presenting a report by May 2013.
